Just attended a call out to a family in Prestatyn who had completely lost all power, thier main incoming neutral supply cable had melted and there was absolutely no sign on the neutral connection in their main switch. I suspect this was caused by a loose connection. Managed to find a direct replacement in our stores and got them back up and running within the hour.
